About as bad as you’d guess.. dental clinic told us to wait an hour so the dentist could take lunch…glad he ate while my elderly grandmother waited to eat..the lady also didn’t give us a form or take our name so a slew of people went in front of us, making us wait further. Too lazy to do their job I guess..

Worst facility I have ever been to doctors are rude and non caring. I will never go back to that place it should be shut down and never reopened. They have no manners and lack communication skills to their patients. If I could give no stars I would!!! Worst doctors office known to man kind!!

Great doctors and nurses, and front office staff. The place is clean and organized.I’m not sure how scheduling and staffing works at a health center. At Lynn Community Health Center was not always like this but now they greet you and ask you what you need and tell you that the wait time is 3 to 4 hours, and ask if you want to wait. I write this from experience, first day I decided to leave thinking it was going to be faster the next day early morning and it was not. Next they there was a different front office staff member telling me the same. I mean, should I leave and come back on a different day so they can greet me with the same line.
