Lynn Community Based Outpatient Clinic

My provider, the person I called to schedule a visit with, and the VA website said the lab was open for walk-ins during the clinic's operating hours, and that I didn't need to schedule an appointment.
It's appointment only, so wasted my afternoon and four hours of PTO. Took a lot of self-restraint not to smash the windows on my way out.

I was seen by the VA Clinic in early July here in Lynn. Dr Whadhini was abrasive, argumentative & spent more time telling me what she/VA cannot do verse being helpful. A total waste of my time & completely unacceptable. No one deserves to be treated like that let alone a Veteran...

THE STAFF ATTHE VA IN LYNN IS DOING A GREAT JOB I BELIVE SERVICE SHOULD BE EXPANDED TO EYE CARE AND HEARING AIDS.FOR A LOT OF US VETS ARE GETING UP THERE IN AGE.MY THANKS TO THE STAFF HERE IN LYNN AND GOD BLESS PS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
