Jack & Jill Hair Salon

Made the mistake of simply saying another salon who cut my hair messed up the cut. The first time they where nice but after that the hair dressers vibe facial expressions when ever I made some requests was of someone annoyed didn't even offer a mirror for me to check the back was more rushed as in like shut up and go. She doesnt clean the hairs off got home with chunks of haid on my shoulders and all ocer my ears. She told her co worker this one will take a long time. Now I refuse go believe I was ecer rude or annoying or complaint a lot nor do I take long as the service I get takes no longer then 20 minutes . I have simple requests to restyle reshape and thats it. Nice salon but I won't come back again. If i complained about a orevious salon was because the job was suoer messed up and i needed help fixing it instead I got attitude as if I was this terrible person who complains I also hardly said anything bad besides that the cut. Was uneven . I remember going to get my hair cut years ago and no hair was left on me they cleaned me up good they tool there time now its all about speed and less perfection.

Got me in within 15 minutes of calling on Christmas Eve. Super friendly and quick professional work.

My experience here was definitely questionable . I asked for a balayage and the photos that are shown is basically what it came out as . These photos are taken about 2 weeks after I left the salon . Some of the things that did not really make sense to me was
1: they left the bottom half of my hair black , which is my original hair color so they did not do a single thing to it (they never gave me the option if I even wanted them to do that)
2: the color starts at random spots and is very uneven
The whole time I was getting my hair done I was actually pretty uncomfortable due to the fact that it was such a messy process , no sectioning at all and the foiling was just all over the place . I was sort of getting passed around from person to person . At the end I got a blowout which it seems like they did not really know what they were doing , it just came out straight . After my hair was finished that day , i was getting told how AMAZING my hair looked and I could obviously only see the front of my hair because they never showed me what it looked like from the back … UNTIL I got home and my family took photos of the back and the pictures that are being shown was the outcome and I was very upset . Overall , it just seemed like they just simply winged it thinking they could get away with it just because I am younger .
UPDATE : unfortunately after consulting many salons and balayage specialists after my service here- respectfully there is no way this is how it’s supposed to look. And unfortunately I was not comfortable going back if this was how I walked out the first time.

I loved my experience here. I had my hair dyed red and Brissi did such a great job on it ! Everyone was friendly and made me comfortable. Definitely will be going back.

I see exactly why this salon has great reviews. Please believe the hype! I searched high and low for a salon that specializes in coloring and many more, and came across this gem. Convenient location with plenty of parking. The salon was very clean, spacious, and organized. The customer service was amazing all around with positive energy from other stylists as well. Of course with trying a new salon I was little hesitant coming here, but Brissi and Amy made me feel very comfortable. They were both attentive to my hair and needs, which I couldn’t be more appreciative of. I left there feeling so beautiful. Did I mention, Brissi did an amazing job on the specific color I wanted?! I definitely found my go to place when it comes to needing that boost of confidence and that perfect color!!! I can't say enough great things about Jack & Jill Salon. The hairstylists are wonderful. I have always wanted purple hair. Sandra and Amy made it a reality.
