Front desk is rude
I was nervous going there because of the reviews and took a deep breath when I saw the receptionist has purple hair. She and the whole office had a relaxed, friendly vibe. We stopped in without an appointment to pick out lenses and were in and out in 12 minutes. We interacted with 3 people there and they were all chill af.
I have been going originally due to my insurance recommendation, BUT I’ve continued cause DR Petya Damyanov, she smart , works well with my MGH team .
