I started taking Muay Thai classes a few months ago, along with my husband, and it has been a great experience. Coach Raul, the owner Marco Alvan, and everyone there are knowledgable and very supportive. The classes are tough, but in the best way! I would definitely recommend this gym to beginners or experienced practitioners. Happy to be part of the team!

This place is awesome. I'm newer to martial arts/gyms, and I've been coming here with my husband to do Muay Thai for about 4 months. Everyone, including staff and students, are incredibly supportive and respectful. I highly recommend this place, for many reasons:

-amazing staff
-clean facilities
-family friendly
-women friendly (so glad to see other ladies doing Muay Thai!)
-great vibes
-great music

Doing Muay Thai has greatly improved my anxiety, insomnia issues, and improved my confidence. So grateful for Coach Raul & the rest of the team!
