We are in transportation; Trucking business and in need of an oil change for our International 4300 Box Truck. We called Highway Star Truck Services and spoke with Sean. He could not offer the services needed, but this gentlemen was Amazing! He could not give us what we needed but he went out of his way to provide us with contacts that could assist our needs. He did not have to do that. That helpful; giving attitude is rare. So if you are ever in this area and need truck repairs, be it roadside assistance or etc. Call Sean first. If he cannot do what is needed, he will guide/recommend you where you need to go. Sean is in Ludlow, MA and definitely an asset to Truckers... read full review
Talked to Sean about getting fixed ASAP. He took care of me and went the extra mile. This guy is nice, kind and helpful. Again! Went the extra mile to try and get me back on the road!! Saved his number and will definitely be calling him if and when I need a repair done.
In today's world it is difficult to find someone like Sean to provide service. I had an immediate need for a coolant leak on my RV and he came over within the hour, assessed the situation, found the problem, and made what turned out to be a great recommendation to have the repair done. While some techs would have tried to make the repair on site knowing they didn't have the right equipment, Sean recommended a particular shop that could do the repair right and the made a phone call and got me an appointment that day!
