This is hands down the WORST customer service I have EVER received. The one star rating rather than no stars is only deserved because they took me as a walk in. Had to go to a different salon (because I didn't get what I wanted in the first place) this morning and spent almost 300$ on dye and a treatment to fix the damage to my hair. When I called about the issue (I wanted ashy blonde hair and ended up with a yellow/orange looking mess) the stylist called me a liar and said i just wanted a free service and said I loved it when I never said that at all, I was just over the whole process and over this lady telling me what she was doing rather than what I wanted her to do,...read full review
The worse haircut I have ever gotten left there with my right side 2 inches longer then the other, I am a hair stylist, and I had to go home and cut my own hair so it would match on both sides. Then she cut my hair shorter then I ask and cut my bangs crooked too.
