We contacted Roto-Rooter to help with clogged bathroom pipes. They were able to give us an appointment the following morning and fixed the problem within a short period of time. Our technician was Burim who was absolutely amazing! He was personable, efficient and educated us on the problem and the solution.
I had roto-rooter come today to replace 100 yr old cast iron pipes that had holes. This was a big job, Rafael and Carlos did an outstanding job. There is not any thing else I can say. What is better than outstanding? I will call them again, should I have plumbing issues in the future. I have a new plumbers that I will use from now on. Personable, knowledgeable, perfect in every aspect of their profession. So pleased! Thank you..

I had Carlos out again for a pipes that disconnected under my sink. Outstanding service. Carlos is great!
Jason (7294) was very helpful and diligent in solving the clog. Through his troubleshooting, he clearly explained the steps that he was taking and how to prevent future occurrences from happening. Overall a very good experience!
