Installed the next morning. Took about 2 hrs or so..cleaned up old unit hauled away

The service was good. The plummer arrived in a timely manner and was friendly and knowledgeable.
The fee seemed high but might have been in keeping with the norms of the area. I didn't have the time to price check.
Great response to my call, Chauncey (Tech) was professional and efficient, I was however sticker shocked by the flat rate cost of this service. RR incorporated yet another price hike which will likely make me shop around for similar services elsewhere in the future. Overall great service as usual.
