Riverside Medical Group is superb medical care. The doctors are friendly, caring, compassionate, and always take their time with any concerns. The NPs have been kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. Medical assistants always greet patients with a smile. The staff goes the Extra mile and provides stellar care, even during Covid/Flu peaks. Patients feel like they are the only patient. The office is efficient, helpful, and on top of things. When a medical issue arose on a Sunday, the doctor on call was quick to respond and got everything prepared for Monday morning. The office called immediately, scheduled a visit, and within two hours had test results from blood, urine and CT scan. The doctors follow up and genuinely care about their patients. Reception and medical record staff are absolutely amazing and extremely helpful, going above and beyond. Riverside Medical Group is excellent healthcare that cares about patients, not just a number.
Had a medical issue arise on a Sunday. Doctor on call was quick to respond and immediately got everything prepared for Monday morning. Monday morning the office called me immediately, scheduled my visit later that day with NP Alisha Patel (excellent), and within 2hrs had the tests and results from blood, urine and CT scan. Thanks to Dr. Tushar Patel (PCP) and his excellent team.

I have dealt with a number of the staff at the Lowell Offices as well as the Dracut offices for over 12 years now and I have never had any problems. The doctors are friendly and take their time with you when you have any concerns. The NPs have also been very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Medical assistants always greet me with a smile. Even when Covid/Flu is/was at it's peak, they still provided stellar care. I am extremely pleased with this office and have no intention of leaving. Trust me when I say, if you're looking for an excellent healthcare that cares about YOU and not just a number, this is the practice for you.
