Im a nurse at a senior facility & had a very complex situation with one of our folks passing. I reached out to O'DONNELL Funeral home. Jim & Arthur, the funeral directors, Megan who handles the phones & business & even the two 20 year old men who came to us, Ryan & Tony, to bring our gentleman to the funeral home were beyond amazing to deal with. We had a lot of phone calls, we had a lot of hoops to jump through on both sides & they were phenomenal. They were incredibly helpful, compassionate & caring. I would give them 100 stars if I could & definitely recommend them. They're doing the right thing for the right reason.
I would like to personally thank Jim and his staff for their kind and empathetic support during this difficult time. Throughout the whole process Jim was right there with us orchestrating our plans and making sure all went well. All services went perfectly and we had no issues.
