My family went here to get my Dad's stone when he passed in 2011. The staff was kind and patient as we went through multiple iterations trying to balance the rules of the graveyard and our own desires. Wrapped in grief I'm sure we were not the easiest clients. We ended up with a stone we were very pleased with and if our interaction had ended there I would have highly recommended them easily.
However a few years ago my Dad's stone - through no fault of Luz, just being outside over a decade in New England weather - had sunk a bit. Despite our maintenance, it had also dulled. So I approached them to see if I could hire them to reset it and potentially polish it.

My Mom passed away this year & was buried next to her husband at Fox Hill. A Billerica monument company had done the stone in 2017 & 6 months after they added Moms name the vase on her side fell off. I contacted the company & was told it would be repaired in 2 weeks as employees sick. 4 weeks later was told family emergency kept the repair from being completed. I reached out to Luz to see if they could assist and was met with such compassion & kindness. Adrian & team tried but were unable to repair as original vase was just epoxied on. I recently had a gravestone done for my parents that needed to mounted to a pre-existing stone. Luz granite created a beautiful stone that integrated nicely with the existing one. I was shocked at how quickly they were able to finish it. The whole experience was very impressive.
