I was a long time customer with OPViau. Recently OP Viau is bought over by another company to get hold of their customers. Now they are charging lot of money for the same service.
OLD OP Viau Rates:
Travel charge = 0$
Hourly labor rate = 90$
Parts = 1 to 1.25 times list price
New Rates:
Travel charge = 85$
Hourly labor rate = 145$
Parts = 3 to 5 times list price
Shop around for cheaper alternatives to this company. If you can afford their prices, go for it. If you ask them they will probably drop the travel charge. I am sure - soon they will come up with a charge for getting out of the bed in the morning!
