My wonderful wife passed and even though I/we knew it would be coming it was still a great shock of which I am still dealing with and will be for a very long time. I had a wonderful experience with Morse-Bayliss and I remember my wife saying to the owner Jim many years ago that she would probably be giving him her business, and here we are. There was only one little hiccup that got fixed right away and professionally. They were very accommodating on all of our needs for the wake and went out of their way for the setup that we asked for. We had an odd situation with the church funeral service that Morse Bayliss helped us with. The communication was very good and everyone was kind and compassionate. Ultimately, we truly had a lovely celebration of life.
