I've had martys landscaping for a few projects. .most recent was my river rock project in front and side of house and along my fence....the crew all work together and each crew know what they have to do all are in sync .... very pleased with how it looks.. definitely would recommend !
Had them come by for a fall clean up. Unfortunately one of their guys came out and blew rocks, twigs, and leafs all over my car. Good thing my mother in law was home to catch the worker cleaning it all off as well. We messaged back and forth, I provided pictures and a quote from a detailer. Damage was not as bad as I thought so I feel lucky there. Got a call from an unhappy Marty trying to say that its all a joke and that the damages were already there to begin with. Totally unprofessional and it seemed like he was more mad than I was. We all make mistakes, even me. Its how we deal with the mistakes that makes the difference in professionalism. Was looking for help getting our lawn back after some patio work - used Marty's for topsoil and hydroseeding. We watered twice a day for months but the grass wasn't coming in evenly. Called for help and they came back to overseed and fertilize. Continued to water regularly but still the grass wasn't coming in evenly, lost of bald spots. Called back and they asked for pictures rather than coming out to have a look. Sent pictures, and now they aren't responding. Bad service, no accountability.
