I had to drive around Lowell to find a place that would copy a commercial door key. Post Office Lock in Lowell was closed, a key kiosk in a grocery store wouldn’t copy my key for any less than $16, Lowe’s couldn’t copy my key, Minute Key wanted like $14… it wasn’t looking too good to get my key copied. I gave Lowell Lock & Key a call; they picked up instantly and told me it would be “$5-$6,” of which I mistakenly heard $56. We both chuckled before I drove over.
The gentleman literally took a 5 second look at my key (remember this is a unique office door key), identified it, cut it in about quite literally 15 seconds, and handed me... read full review

My wife lost her car key this morning. I called Lowell lock and key and within minutes they said they could help me. Within one hour the tech was at my house working on reprogramming my car to work with the new keys. It was a little extra work due to my car having to many keys programmed into it from the previous owner. Nevertheless he took care of it for me and the car was running 1 hour and 15 minutes from the initial phone call. More than reasonably priced I would more than recommend this company to anyone who needs anything to do with locks or keys!

Go here! Both he and the woman in the office were kind and made scheduling easy. They explained options as to how the ignition lock could be repaired in an old hot rod with a “Only God knows” unidentifiable steering column. Done quickly, correctly and affordably in a short time and I was back on the road!
