“Tom is a very nice and friendly person and he is very knowledgeable. And most importantly he’s upfront and honest with you. I’ve come to him a few times with computer issues. Last year my computer was constantly shutting off and I couldn’t figure out why. I took it to Tom and he left it overnight plugged in. The battery was shot and since the manufacturer didn’t make the original battery anymore, he suggested I get a new computer. Tom explained to me that if it’s critical to the computers function, it’s too risky to use aftermarket parts. It’s not like a car where while original parts are preferred for repairs, you can get away with aftermarket parts.”
