John McDonald responded to my inquiry for computer/printer/connectivity problem assistance quickly and set up an appointment within 48 hours. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with solving the problems, fixing the troubles and offering help with problems he uncovered as he worked. He was thorough, explained what he was doing, taught me a few things and resolved all of my issues very quickly. I would recommend JBR Computers to anyone who needs help with computer problems and/or computer/printer problems. He will be my "go to" help for all future computer related difficulties.
