It was a recent visit that left me very upset with the manicure. I didn’t complain then because the salon had many customers, and the nail tech was new, and we all have bad days. Instead, I took photos and returned two days later. I showed Sira my nails and photos that were taken. She apologized and did not just fix the issues but gave me a full manicure. Sira always does a marvelous job and is the go to nail technician for nail art/designs. Sira is professional and we always have pleasant conversations about our families, school, etc. I left the salon with Great looking nails and happy that Sira understood why I was upset and didn’t hesitate to remedy the problems.
