Lucas with G&F provided a clear estimate for the work to be done and after comparing another quote they weren't the cheapest but more reliable with updates and communication to schedule the work. Due to rain delays the projects got pushed back a few weeks but not their fault due to rain delays. I got some sections of my backyard fence repaired, some rotted areas of the top facia of the wrap around balcony replaced, and some other railings and steps replaced. The team are great and detailed carpenters to blend the new replaced sections seamlessly well. I saved a little money on the projects by doing the painting myself. We had an excellent experience working with Lucas and his team at Graeff & Pyles. They handled the demolition of our old deck, patio, and fire pit, and built beautiful new replacements. Their pricing was competitive, Lucas was highly responsive throughout the process, and the work was completed on time and exactly as promised. We couldn’t be happier with the results of our backyard outdoor space.
