“Caring Solutions provided in home, round the clock care for my mother during her final weeks. The care plan, nurse, care aides, scheduling and business staff were phenomenal to work with at a time that could have been very stressful. My mother enjoyed being cared for by her Caring Solutions care team. Her activities of daily living were consistently attended to with compassion, good humor, and a high degree of professionalism. Her wishes and comfort were priorities. My siblings and I rested easy knowing she was so well cared for. Caring Solutions worked seamlessly with Hospice. Caring Solutions communicated with the family, and Mom, every step of the way. This kind of personal care, family support, and attention to detail does not ‘just happen’ without a commitment to providing outstanding service. “This company has some areas to improve in, mostly in scheduling and reliable staff. That said, I have spoken many times with Casey, one of the scheduling coordinators, and it is my opinion that they are simply understaffed. Casey tries her best and it is obvious she cares about her job. I am not going to judge this company for being short staffed because unfortunately today many companies are.We were having scheduling issues with finding a reliable Home Health Care Aide. My mom is an 81 year old stroke survivor, and our family relies on someone to come in and help her. The prior Home Health Care Assistants were great, but not reliable. We were going to go to another company, but Casey suggested we switch to another aide, after the previous Aide was having some personal issues which made her difficult to rely on. She recommended we give Robin a try, and we are glad we did.The current Aide, Robin, is excellent. She is punctual, kind, experienced, and is the best aide my mom has had yet. She goes out of her way to make a personal connection with her patients, and you can see that she truly cares about the patients she works with. So, although the company could improve it's scheduling system, I do love this staff member, and also appreciate Casey in the office. I hope this company appreciates how lucky they are to have Robin and Casey!“
