Danielle was able to connect with Todd who happened to be on the road for a service call but in the vicinity. Todd stopped by within 30 minutes of my call - how often do you get service like that!? He immediately diagnosed the issue and had the generator running in less than 5 minutes with a software update. Todd knows his way around an engine and is very experienced with Kohler equipment. “I have used Sypek Electrical since the late 80's. He is an honest electrician that you can trust to leave alone in your house. The job will be done right ( so don't ask him to cut corners because he won't) and he's not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and finding a quality tradesman is difficult these days.
