“Howie was extremely pleasant to deal with both setting up the appointment as well as doing the service. It is clear he takes pride in his work. Very knowledgeable and explained in detail how his machinery worked. He even reduced his total price from the estimate as I had provided slightly larger room dimensions than the actuals.
