We had the most lovely experience today at Belle Vista in Londonderry. The staff were very friendly, and it’s absolutely gorgeous inside. Everything was clean. Will be back!
I was really starting to love this place and I respect the owners, but today was very bad for me and I will no longer visit. I have been coming here since they opened and I told the lady when I showed up today that I wanted to get a manicure and a pedicure. I showed up at 12 o'clock, and she had no appointments, until 5 o'clock, but I went online and found an appointment for 4:45 PM. I love them so much that I decided to wait but I went somewhere to get a pedicure, and when I got back and I was ready. However, the owner told me that the guy cannot do designs, and I was in shock. Why is someone doing nails but cannot do a design? I felt hurt, but she also told me that I would have to wait another 30 minutes, but I've been waiting all day and it's the holidays. I was definitely not valued as a customer and I cannot believe that because I am the only Black girl that comes here and to see the way I am treated is disgusting and I wish them the best of luck. I haven't eaten all day and I was waiting to get my nails done and this is the way you treat me?🥺🥺
My mother (elderly and with mobility issues) just had as she put it "the most amazing experience" with her pedicure with Rocky in the new Londonderry location. He was very kind, considerate and empathetic and we made sure to book her next appointment with him before leaving. She had a wonderful experience, the location is lovely and handicapped accessible, and the staff so friendly. 5 stars, highly recommend, we will definitely be back
