Jim and his crew were phenomenal! They are prompt, professional, and all business. We hired Premiere Roofing to redo the entire roof of our 1870s Colonial and, wow, they did an amazing job. Jim laid out the exact timeline of when the new roof tiles would be delivered, when the gutters would show up, when the dumpster would get dropped off, and when his team could do the work. He was easy to get ahold of and excellent at communicating, unlike so many other contractors I've worked with! We have had a uniformly positive experience with Jim Rogers and Premiere Roofing over the years and strongly recommend them. This year, they replaced our garage roof. The whole end-to-end process from initial estimate through completion took less than three weeks. The actual work was completed in one day, with an excellent result, including thorough cleanup. Jim had some new ideas on how to make the flat roof drain properly which worked out well. The pricing was reasonable and there were no unexpected extras on the invoice. Jim Rogers was incredibly helpful and talking us through the project of stripping and replacing our entire roof. Price was great and work was done in a single day. Cannot speak highly enough of attention to detail, quality of service, and the professionalism care with which Jim works with his customers. The workers got rid of all the tarps, debris, etc from the roof promptly at the end of the day, raking everything, and honestly left our yard better than they found it! Only complaint had nothing to do with Premier Roofing itself, rather that the partnering dumpster company was delayed in taking the dumpster back and it blocked use of our driveway for a few days.
