BILH Primary Care - Hayden Avenue

Plentiful parking, not overly busy, and a very professional staff, helpful and considerate.
( some other times may be busier, considering the day and time of your appointment)

My experience with the gynecology department at BILH Hayden is that the care providers are very kind, respectful, and professional. I had Diane McNamara and I highly recommend her. They took the time to speak with me, answer my questions, and talk me through everything. They may ask to have a med student in the room to observe/assist which was not a problem for me. I'm comfortable having a student in the room so that they can learn, but I always appreciate being asked beforehand.

I have white coat syndrome. They made it easy for me to advocate for myself and listened. They actually listened. They are knowledgeable and kind. First time in my life. I’ve actually trusted doctors with my care.
