“Carmelo is a great guy, does great work. Works super hard and is very responsive. One time he installed wiring for outdoor cameras that are still working great 4 years later. His pricing is fair and competitive. Another time he came to look at smoke alarm wiring and I realized it was due to water damage on one of the detectors. I just had to replace the faulty detector. I offered to pay for his time and he did not accept anything since he lives nearby. He will thoughtfully and thoroughly discuss any project with you to make sure you are comfortable and know what he is going to do.“

I told him what I thought the problem was - faulty circuit breaker - and he asked me to text him some photos of the circuit breaker and the outlet it was for. He had me do a few other minor tasks as he tried to assess what the problem was. He said he would come out the next morning and he did.
