Seen for an eye infection. Staff was friendly and professional. Jessica carefully lanced my eye and gave clear follow up instructions, and the staff gave me a lovely birthday card!!!
I have been to this location a couple of times and they have been great both times! They are very timely when you reserve a time online. During my most recent visit, I was there for probably 30 minutes total and that included being there 10 minutes ahead of time. All of the staff are wonderful as well. The fact that it is located directly next to a Walgreens is also very helpful.
Superb service all around. From check in to check out, I could not have asked for anything more. Nurse Stephanie and her medical assistant, Brendan were top notch—knowledgeable, not pushy about treatment options and yet perfectly direct and fun to boot. This will be my Urgent Care going forward!
