Recently, I visited Anam Cara for a meditation experience. First, I went into a reiki room where I laid on a pemf mat for over 20 minutes. It was a very relaxing experience as I am a teacher with a stressful job and the beginning of the year is also a crazy time. My favorite experience was in the meditation pod with the halo therapy machine. The pod simulated a dark sky stargazing experience and a calming playlist permeated my ears while I relaxed. The halo therapy machine pumped salt air into the room, which was a rejuvenating experience. I have been to salt rooms and caves in the past and always feel like I have felt some release after going.
I absolutely loved meeting with Donna. As soon as I walked in the door she made me feel calm, happy and safe. She was so easy to talk to and very sweet since it was my first Reiki session. I will definitely be back to have another session with her.
