“Raphael was great he was here for an hour he got it done at a fair price initially I had crannies Plumbing came and they wanted $3,000 to remove the clog in my pipe and I got it done for quarter of the price from Roto-Rooter Raphael was the best I'd recommend him to anyone anyone at all he went above and beyond to take care of me my crannies they also gave me an estimate just to have a shower put in by itself not even do the whole bathroom over and they wanted 23,800 just to put a shower in the drain it that's what a shower $22,000 for the. . I really hope Roto-Rooter realize what kind of employee that they have he was great and he did everything he's well informative of everything that he showed us what was in the pipe what was broken in the pipe previously from someone trying to take out the clog I thank you very much I hope Rafael can see this also please”

“We had some water damage at our house that was under contract. Puroclean, and especially Jessica from Puroclean, did a fantastic job of working with the buyers and the sellers to get everything done to everyone’s satisfaction. She worked with the insurance company, which deserves a much lower rating, mainly because of how long it took to get paid properly. But with patience and persistence, and Jessica’s help, we were able to finally come to reasonable conclusion after 6 months.The workers from Puroclean are very respectful and worked well. I would highly recommend this company, for sure!”
