We are very, very pleased with LeProvost PH&C and especially with Sean, the tech who has worked with us before. Our mini split was not cooling properly so I called LeProvost in that morning. They arranged to have Sean come by only four hours later on the same day! He expertly assessed and diagnosed our mini split and did the necessary maintenance/repair to solve our issue. Sean explained his diagnostic and repair processes clearly to us. We shall definitely turn to LeProvost for our future PH&C needs.
