I had such a GREAT experience with Nicole. I had been dealing with lower back and hip discomfort. Tried chiropractor, stretching and PT - not much help. After ONLY one session, woke up this am with NO hip or back discomfort. Was able to walk 3.5 miles with ABSOLUTELY NO hip pain. Cannot say enough....thank you Nicole!!! You are the best.

Our boiler wasn't communicating with the thermostat, and after we had 2 different teams (plumbers & hvac) look at it, Moran Mechanical Systems correctly diagnosed and repaired right when we were starting to wonder if anyone would be able to. Great customer service, and professionalism. Jeff answered our first call and scheduled an appointment, which they arrived at promptly. Highly recommend. Here we have gas and a Weil-Mclain boiler on a Honeywell wireless thermostat. They figured out that a thermostat/receiver outside the house was overriding the system, and they sorted it out.
Over the years, Sara has made my hair look and feel like a million dollars. She takes the time to discuss exactly what is going to be done, with both our inputs. As I get more grey hair, the highlights have been aimed more towards how my hair will be growing out, and the best blend to do until my next appointment. I was especially thankful to Sara because my last visit I was on a strick budget, and my hair still came out amazing. Highly recommend!!
Bob and Dawn were outstanding through our countertop selection process, guiding us along the way. Bob ensured that we'd be happy declining a delivery of a slab that didn't meet his specifications- things that our untrained eyes had missed. We reordered a higher quality piece and we were very happy about that. Bob and his expert team of installers (all 4 of them) were most professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. And before the delivery, their tech John in the shop was very helpful asking for input about where to make the cut, confirming other details on the order; he was great as well. And Dawn was very helpful and patient and knowing how to multitask with her clients. I wanted to share this story of stylist Victoria Roy Consolati. I’ve been going to her for years since her time at Terrace Hair Studio and I love my looks every time. But, this review isn’t for that. My friend is battling breast cancer and starts chemo next week. She wanted a “one more haircut before chemo” appointment, and I knew immediately who to ask. I asked Victoria if she had time this week and to let me know the final charge as I didn’t want my friend to pay. She was able to get her in on short notice. The final outcome came out BEAUTIFULLY, but when I texted Victoria for the total cost, she refused. She wouldn’t even give me her Venmo. Service like this goes an incredibly long way, and I’ll forever be recommending her services at whatever salon she works in.
The owner, Stone Burdick, kept appointment to bid on tree trim, maintained communication, arrived on scheduled date, clearly operates with safety protocols for himself & crew, and did a great job, leaving absolutely no mess. Highly recommend.
