I can only rate the first call, where the removal team took my sister-in-law from the residence. If you're reading this, there is something you likely need to know. I observed and then I looked into this. Lots of people, when they think of funeral homes, think of tidy, neat rooms, staff all dressed up and a decor that makes you feel like you're checking into a high-class hotel in 1880. That's the final product. First call is the raw material, a chore, and not one to wear your best clothes.
