“I’ve been bringing my Rocky to a veterinarian clinic to get his nails cut normally, and it’s such a stressful experience for him. He's a basset hound and has a dis formed front leg where it’s a little crooked, which also makes it a little harder to cut his nails on that paw. Paws and claws did amazing! No barking no yelping, and she figured out a way to do it to make him more comfortable and less stressed. Very pleased, comfortable atmosphere very homey! At the vet rocky pees on the floor and hides behind me. Not here I was very pleased I will be going back! ? ?“

Kobe has separation anxiety but Nikki handles that so well. She will come out & talk/play with him until he's comfortable before taking him away. It's come to a point now where Kobe will actually walk into the shop (this was before covid) whereas other times, he will run out the exist with all his might! They are always on time, they're amazing, & he always comes home looking handsome while smelling amazing. We love the feeling of assurance & trust when we come here!“
