I started personal yoga (one on one) with J last year during Covid to get back into a stretching and strength routine. I was stiff and battling some old injuries to my shoulder and my hip. J helped me figure out how to stretch, strengthen and rehab my body from the injuries, increase range of motion, and reduce pain. She is just as effective as physical therapy for restoring functionality, mobility and strength. I highly recommend her for personal yoga sessions.

What a wonderful way to stay connected with J during this time! I used to practice yoga with J when she lived in So. California. So I was THRILLED that she was able to offer livestream classes via Zoom. It is amazing to see her in action again & to "meet" her local groups there in Holyoke. That community is very fortunate to have both her and John in the area. Two of the most gifted healers I know. I look forward to her guidance, even though technology. She provides excellent support and makes the session FUN! I do miss her but this is the next best thing!
