“Sales to installation was excellent. We tried the patio door in the showroom and knew it was a quality product. The doors are custom made in PA so it was a 5 week wait but no delays and installation was on time. The installers arrived at the quoted time and finished the job in less than a day. The contractor who did the work was excellent. They were meticulous and cleaned up as they worked. The door looks great and we were given directions on use of the locks and removing the screen door if we needed to. Rating 10 out of 10.“

They were very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Our old siding was in rough shape, and once it was removed, a lot of hidden issues were revealed. The crew provided helpful suggestions to address those problems and kept the project moving smoothly.

They worked efficiently and paid great attention to detail to make sure everything looked clean and well-finished. The entire project took about two weeks, which included a full replacement with new Hardie board siding and exterior fixtures.

After completion, they stood by their labor warranty and quickly handled a few small issues we noticed after the project was signed off.

“Tile work and total shower installation was rebuilt with walls ofcreme brule on a cameo base. Sliding glass door was recommended prior to installation with hardware shower head spray. All the walls were cut to size. Wendel was very professional and knowledable during installation. Work was completed in 2 1/2 days due to waiting for building inspector to arrive. Wendel was courteous and professional and work was completed in a timely fashion.“

“Robert is the best roofer you can work with. He and his team helped us replaced our shingles last year (along with 5 skylights), and replaced a low-slope rubber roof this year. Both jobs were completed quickly and professionally.

When a tree branch came down and broke one of our shingles two weeks ago, he even came back in a timely manner to replace it — and brought us a few extra same-colored shingles just in case for future needs.

“Recently I had all my windows and siding replaced by United Home Experts (UHE). This was a huge project for me, and something I had been planning for a few years. The sales person, Tim Carelli, was very helpful with discussing options. He listened to what I wanted, and did not want. His estimate included what I wanted, and avoided what I didn't want. Norm Harnick, the Project Manager contacted me to introduce himself and schedule the installation. Norm stops by every day or so to check on the progress and solicits feedback/concerns. The days he is not there, he calls to check in to see if you have any issues, which I never did. The on-site supervisor, Andre, was great to work with. He has a wealth of construction experience and is able to easily handle any issues which arise. Andre's crew: Joel, Mateus, Leomir, and Darci were professional, respectful, friendly, and worked as a high-performing team every day for two weeks. They always cleaned up as they went along. I have a few medical conditions, and I was upfront with Tim, Norm and Andre about the extra help I needed. They could not have been more accommodating. I honestly was not looking forward to having people in and out of the house for a couple of weeks. They quickly changed how I felt. I actually looked forward to seeing them. If you need windows or siding replaced, I highly recommend UHE. Ask for Tim to provide you with a quote.
