During that time, I researched types of massage therapy that helps alleviate and manage pain due to a S1, L5, L4 lower back injury and pars defect (which is a birth defect that causes slippage and narrowing). Fortunately, and by the grace of God, Josina was on the other end. Her service is incredible and knowledge base offers extensive care for all types of pain management. Josina's work is deep and sometimes the massages are uncomfortable, but 100% effective. I do not know where I'd be without this treatment. Josina not only saved me but also taught me everything I know about the anatomy and physiology of the positive effects of myofascial deep tissue and trigger point massage therapy. I know now that I can control my body and the pain associated with my condition through massage therapy. Thank you Josina! I would be lost without you!“

“Love having a decent foot massage location nearby. You can call to schedule advance appointments. It is funny because when we walked in, they didn't greet us or asked us what are we hear for or what service are we looking for? They somehow just knew (since we didn't correct them). We did an hour long foot massage but I will say they spend 20-25 minutes dipping your feet in hot water with oils, while they massage your neck, shoulders, and back. Then the remainder is focused on your feet and a little bit of legs.“
