Spring Health SPA offers excellent and fabulous massages, including great deep tissue and couples treatments. The therapists are described as excellent and the staff as great. The interior is spotless and peaceful. Many customers feel very relaxed, refreshed, and report it is one of the best massages they have ever had, leading to high recommendations. However, there are serious concerns about the owner/manager's conduct. Multiple reports state the owner brazenly and unprofessionally berated customers for their tips, demanding more money and causing embarrassment. This poor customer treatment has led some long-time clients to decide not to return despite the quality of the massage. There is also suspicion from a customer about the handling of tips.
