“We consulted with Dr. Monarch last Fall on a PANS diagnosis for our daughter. She is one of the few neuropsychologists in New England who is focused on neural inflammation in kids. She is exceptionally well trained and has a knack for explaining complicated neuropsychology in layman's terms. Having lived in different areas of the country, we know that New England is not at all on the cutting edge of research into Lyme and PANS, but the Lyme and PANS Treatment Center really knows its stuff and we are so thankful to have found them here.“

“As a recent former employee all I can say is avoid at all cost! I will say there are many dedicated and well-intentioned employees at this Faciliyy, however the upper management staff is so dysfunctional patient safety and care is not a priority.I think that the four partial hospitalization program's are fantastic, especially the child and adolescent program run by Lisa Russo. But again do not go inpatient at advance medical.“

“Very attentive staff. Dr FitzCharles takes the time to listen and assess what the patient is experiencing. It’s not an urgent care center but an excellent primary care site. We are fortunate to have one in Hull. One star off only because it takes longer to get refills and messages because they don’t have a lot of support staff and automated systems“

The folks at the front desk know my children, and everyone has been just incredible as we've had medical issues come up over the years. Couldn't be happier except if they were closer.“

She is a very attentive and compassionate doctor who takes the time to listen to our concerns and provide great solutions when needed. “Lilliana Griggs is fantastic. I have had a new mental health team for a year now and this will be my team for a long time, she has gotten me off antipsychotics that were making my mental health worse and gained alot of weight from at riverside community care who was awful. I am on medication now that for the most part I am better able to control my emotions way better than before. I still have ways to go but she did not like the medication riverside had me on nor the fact that they were handing out benzos like candy instead of me putting in work with my therapist to learn better ways to cope. Griggs your awesome ?“

“Love this place! If a Dr. is accepting patients, get one. All of them are great, especially Dr. Jean Brodnax in pediatrics!
Still going here and always have appointments available or put on waitlist and get appt sooner when accepted.“

“My husband and I have been going to this clinic since it opened for general care and specialty care. The doctors are amazing. The staff is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. They somehow manage to keep appointments on time, every time. I have called the answering service after hours and on weekends and I always received a call back from a doctor or PA and was treated with care and respect. Only once did I receive a call from someone who I hope was just having a bad day, I don’t think she would last long if she was always like that.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the care and service they provide. My husband and I are both over 70 and it is so comforting to have medical service we can trust and rely on.“

“I've been to this clinic 2 times, so I'm a fairly new patient. I love the fact that when u get there in time for your appointment, you don't have to wait a long time, which is something I could never understand from the other clinics. I understand that things can get backed up with other patients, but not to the point where one has to wait 45 mins or more to see a doctor when you're there on time for your appointment. The staff are friendly and inviting. Dr. Stacy Wessman was the doctor who saw me, im happy I got her. I really liked her, she was friendly and caring, she really knows her stuff like they say. I felt right at home in this clinic. The reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because I'm not too fond of those long patient health questionnaires. I understand their importance. I just wish they were shorter. Another reason is also the fact that you're more than likely going to have to pay for parking at the lot across the street. The price is not that bad, I guess. Still, I wish they had their own free parking lot or the street parking was more accessible.“
