Bluemercury offers an exceptional shopping experience with a friendly and welcoming team. The staff, including Ikram, are super helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They go above and beyond to provide impeccable service, even going so far as to drive to another location to retrieve a product for a customer. The store has a positive environment, and the team is happy to help customers find the right products, including Augustus Bader items. However, one customer had a negative experience with unhelpful staff, so it's best to be aware of this possibility.
The staff at the Derby St Blue Mercury are so wonderful! My daughter had her make up done professionally for prom at another place and was so unhappy with the outcome because it looked nothing like herself. We walked into Blue Mercury and the staff were immediately so kind and understanding. They put her at ease and helped to completely re-do her make up. It was absolutely perfect! Ikram in particular was so talented and went above and beyond. We are beyond grateful and will be back!
Nice store & staff. However, I am giving 2 stars because of the treatment they give customers depending on their appearance. When I walk in head to toe in Hermes I am treated like royalty, when i wear sweatpants I am discarded & barely acknowledged. I find this behavior extremely judgmental & unacceptable. Sickening that staff judges your appearance and will give you less help if you don’t look their “standards”.
The entire team at Blue Mercury at Derby is incredible! They are all super friendly, helpful, not pushy at all, always smiling and welcoming! Lisa and Ikram are the absolute best! Lisa actually drove to another BM location to pick up my eye cream for me so that I had it before my work trip! All the way to the Chestnut Hill location! That is impeccable service and true kindness! It makes my day to walk into this store! Such a friendly, positive environment! Just want to add that the Augustus Bader products are the most beautiful products on the market! Thank you Ikram for getting me off my old stale routine to try Bader! The Rich Cream is perfection! ❤️
