Chem-Dry of Cape Cod Carpet Cleaning

“We had Mary and Chem-Dry of Cape Cod clean an area rug, and I can't recommend them enough.

They were very professional, the rug came out great and the price was very reasonable. I checked three different places nearby West Harwich and they had the best price for area rug cleaning (per square foot).

Mary explained the process very clearly and set realistic expectations and timeline. We dropped the rug off and it was ready about 2 weeks later. It could have been done sooner but I told them to take their time--there was also really cold weather and a snowstorm.

When I picked it up Mary gave us a generous discount and gifted some carpet cleaner. It was a token of good luck for our newly budding family.

Chem-Dry is a fantastic, local and family owned/run small business. I will be going back for any other needs and recommend them highly.“

“Carpets of Cape Cod earned my business the first time I walked in the door. After visiting the string of flooring stores in Hyannis and neighboring area, it was clear the Carpets of Cape Cod cared about me and actually wanted my business. Where other stores had lackluster employees who either were rushing to get out the door a half hour before closing time or who stayed perched behind the counter waiting until I looked by myself for fifteen minutes and finally asked if there were any salespeople, Jean Cote, one of the owners, at CCC was personable, pleasant and professional. I found exactly what I wanted and felt the price was fair and competitive. I was flexible on my delivery and installation since I had a seasonal cottage and not in a rush, but I was pleasantly surprised that my wait was short. Mike Cote, another owner, kept me posted on installation dates and any delays in getting products. Always apologetic, I feel he and his team were feeling the effects of insufficient staffing due to Covid and trying their best. I could not be happier with the floor that replaced a two year old bamboo floor that buckled due to improper installation by another company. I had a minor snafu because of some construction I had done that required a special transition piece after I placed my order, but that, too, was resolved to my satisfaction by Mark Cote, another family member. Today, I had a second floor installed at a different location. The team, again led by Mark Cote, did a great job working very efficiently and neatly. I could not be happier and was intrigued when Mark told me how many of his family members have been involved in the "family business". I should also shout out Brandon, who is not part of the family, but was most helpful in scheduling my recent work and ensuring that it was done on an expedited and timely basis per my request. I think there are lots of places to purchase floors on Cape Cod. Whenever possible, I would always opt for a local, family-owned business vs. a national discount store or other outlet. In the end, you support the local economy and you build a relationship with local people who are working hard to stay above water. Kudos to the Cote family and staff for doing their best during Covid and beyond! Five Stars from me!“
