We had our carpet cleaned and they did a wonderful job. The are very good with carpet cleaning, but they're busy so it took a few weeks before we could pick it up. That's expected I suppose if you are good at what you do.

Bruce Tricomi has a work ethic that is scarce these days. He is knowledgeable and indeed a master in his craft. He came to give us an estimate and was pleasant, honest and straightforward. He even gave us tips on how to properly clean stains and maintain the integrity of the carpet ourselves as much as possible. The technician, I think his name is Bobby, did a great job at cleaning our wall to wall carpet. He was on time and professional. We have 3 pets so you can imagine the amount of stains, and by the time he finished it looked like they were never there. The level of service is fantastic and reasonably priced.
