“We consulted with Dr. Monarch last Fall on a PANS diagnosis for our daughter. She is one of the few neuropsychologists in New England who is focused on neural inflammation in kids. She is exceptionally well trained and has a knack for explaining complicated neuropsychology in layman's terms. They somehow manage to keep appointments on time, every time. I have called the answering service after hours and on weekends and I always received a call back from a doctor or PA and was treated with care and respect. Only once did I receive a call from someone who I hope was just having a bad day, I don’t think she would last long if she was always like that.
