“I’ve gotten my lashes done twice with Chloe and she is so accommodating and patient with me as I’m a newbie to getting my lashes done. I’m a little pickier based on what I see online, so I’ll show an inspo pic and she’ll get right to creating the exact look. I really appreciate that in a lash tech because sometimes the standard offerings just aren’t exactly what you’re looking for. “I am new to lash extensions and I had originally gone to a national chain. I went there 3 times and never got what I wanted and the lashes were clumpy and fell out before my next fill. I called The Lash Room to have them look at my lashes and let me know if what was going on was “normal” and maybe my expectations were too high. She not only told me that they were not good but she fixed them right then. She also did my brows better than I had ever had them done before. Not only did I look incredible but they have held up wonderfully. We have made some tweaks but now they are exactly what I wanted. I’m getting my brows done permanently in a couple of weeks.
