They consulted with me about specific details (adding a path to the garage door and a catch drain area under a down spout) and gave suggestions based on their wealth of experience. I most appreciated that Steve the owner not only did the quote, but was actively involved in the project with his shovel and manning several of the machines they brought (most other places have the owner or head guy quote, and the job rolls downhill).
