I am delighted with everything about my experience with this business. For a small showroom, their range of tile choices is enormous and varied, something for everyone and every application. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in guiding the customer through the design process. I recommend this business very highly.

Great customer service. The selection is not overwhelming but you will find what you need...there were actually quite a few more options than I had seen elsewhere. I have Best Tile less than a mile from me and have done business with them, but long time staff turnover and a raging manager chased me away. Small businesses need to realize customers do not HAVE to give them their money. I drove to Arrow more than once and have never been disappointed.
