“Love these folks. Always helpful and they do a great job cleaning our rugs. We take them there once a year.
I should add... they also do really excellent rug repairs. We have an oval braided rug that (1) a foster dog chewed on, and (2) was coming apart between some of the braids. It now looks like new. (After the dog part, this is practically a miracle.)“

He was reasonably priced for the amount of work being done - he refinished 2 floors - including 5 rooms, 2 hallways and 12 stair treads.

John started work exactly on time and finished in the original time frame he thought it would take to complete the project. He was very honest about what was possible with my floors, some of which were in bad shape from water and pet damage. He exceeded my expectations in what he was able to do to get the floors back to the best condition possible - see the before and after pictures for reference.
