“My wife and I were visiting Great Barrington from Illinois. Her glasses were badly damaged and we needed to find someone to repair them even if it was temporary until we returned home. The first optometrist office we visited was not helpful at all. They said they could do nothing to help. We then went to Berkshire Eye Center. They were able to fix her frames back to the original design. We tried to pay for the excellent repair but were charged nothing. We donated to the Berkshire Animal shelter which had a donation jar in that office. Excellent service!“
