Best service around. Had one of the most challenging jobs and he got it done. Got a free education on the old mortise lock. Really great guy and happy to have him again next time I need him.

WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL! I called Norbert and he showed up on time on short notice and did a perfect job on some 30-year-old locks that needed replacing. AND his pricing is extremely fair for such great service. A real pleasure to still have such great servicemen like this around!GS -- Great Barrington, MA, and Larchmont, NY
