Anyone who's had a computer crash and needs it for work can understand how stressful that can be. From my first phone call with Michael, telling him about my issue, to meeting him shortly after to repair my device (and ultimately helping me resolve things), I was so impressed by his kindness, hospitality and professionalism. I can't tell you how grateful I am to have a resource like this just fifteen minutes away rather than driving two hours round trip to get to the nearest best buy geek squad. I was in the best hands through and through and can't thank you guys enough for the help today. Much appreciated!

These guys are great. When we have Internet issues we call Frank. Always ready to help and get us out of a bind. His staff are friendly and helpful and professional. Thank you Yon for your help too. Don't think twice if you have issues, call these guys because it's ten times more satisfying than calling the Chinese support hotline and being told after 20 minutes to try turning the unit off. Convenient and in downtown GB.
