After seeing your two stylists Emma and Ashlynn relentlessly bully and harass a client for not receiving the full service and asking for a partial refund, I had decided to book somewhere that values respect and professionalism in that environment. As a salon owner, you should be ashamed of yourself.

This is the salon to go to if you want to get harassed by the staff 2/3 of them at least, over a stylist not completing a service and then not fixing or issuing a partial refund. Professionalism doesn’t know this salon, it’s ran by children.

i’ve gone in twice to get my extensions done By Ashlyn. Both times she said that she was willing to fix her mistake And when the mistake had never gotten fixed, I asked for a partial refund as I’m going to another stylist to fix. She became rudely, unprofessional and unethical Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau and state licensing board

I had a fantastic experience with Stephanie. She listened to me, she observed my hair and saw what it would do, and wouldn't do Then she did a terrific job of cutting and simple styling as I had asked. Will absolutely go back and highly recommend her.

So, the salon is lovely and the owner/hairstylist is very pleasant. But, I went in there with 75% of my hair blonde, bright blonde, I asked her to do highlights to put in more blonde, and my hair came out brown with orange tint and she refuses to fix it. During the appointment she kept telling me I should do this with my hair, and that with my hair because it's healthier. I said yes, thinking that I would get my desired effect! I got the total opposite! Plus, I had beautiful long hair and I asked for 3 inches off but it's more like 5 to 6. I absolutely hate my hair!! I'm going to have to buy a box of black hair dye just to cover it up and I wanted blonde hair not black. I even told her this and she didn't care. I told her that $300 is an enormous amount of money for me and she still won't redo my hair. Her hair skills are crap, she is rude if you ask her to right her wrong, and fix what she broke. I absolutely LOVED my hair before. I just wanted more of the same blonde.

Only place I’ll go to anymore in Great barrington. This is the second salon I’ve tried in GB and I had the best experience. I don’t much about hair so I didn’t know exactly how to explain what I wanted, but Steph was able to take my ill-wording and make my dream come true. I’ve been trying to go blonde now for two years and this is the first time I’ve ever walked out of a salon having the EXACT hair I wanted. Total dream experience. I got a haircut cut on Saturday from Amy who is my go to stylist for any and everything! She always always does an amazing job! Even if I go in without an idea of what I want like I did at my last appointment! She still pulled off something beautiful and amazing! I’m in love with my hair

I see Amy at Isla and I've been going to her for years even before she was at Isla rouge and she is absolutely amazin! she definitely knows her stuff whether its a cut or color she does amazing work for sure! Amy knows what to give me and what to do even when I myself don't know what I want or have a picture of what I want! she's the best so I highly recommend if you need a haircut or color you see Amy!
